The RAP3 is a free online program based on advanced cloud technologies at its core. As an online application RAP3 requires connection to the Internet and a browser. The program should work well with most commonly used browsers. Regardless of the type of browser you use, in order to view the program correctly on your screen make sure your browser leaves the font size and style as specified by the RAP3 program. Also, the program requires JavaScript enabled browser, and the ability to open pop-up windows. Your browser should support and able to execute JavaScript, and should not block pop-up windows.

The RAP3 will work quickly and smoothly if you have high speed connection to the Internet. If the RAP3 do not response quickly, we recommend closing other programs that use the Internet. This is specially true for users outside the US.

If you run into a problem using the program, check your browser's preferences and make sure it is leaving the fonts as defined by the web pages, and that it is JavaScript enabled. If the problem persists, you can sent us a bug report with the contact form. At this time we do not offer official technical support for the free online edition of the RAP3.
