The diagnoses list presents all of the DxP diagnoses according to the name, cluster, and ICD-code.

Currently, there are more than 800 diagnoses with a unique ICD-CM-10 code in the DxP database, which is updated periodically.

 

 

By default, the diagnoses list table presents all the diagnoses organized alphabetically by their name. You can search for a diagnosis name or ICD, or present only the diagnoses of a specific cluster by selecting the cluster from the clusters pull-down list. To sort the diagnoses table items by name, cluster, or ICD, click on the appropriate column header (NAME, CLUSTER, ICD-CODE).
