On the coding engine main page, click the appropriate Form Quality that applies to the response. In many cases, you will need to look up the Form Quality table for the Location you have coded. Open the Form Quality popup window to view the RAP3 interactive Form Quality table. Click on the content line that applies and click on Enter.

 

 

For some responses, direction marks (< V >) have been included before the form quality code. They indicate the direction of the top of the blot. If no such marks presented next to an item, it signifies that the FQ coding listed is appropriate only when the top of the card is viewed in upright position.

 

If you wish to browse throughout the Form Quality tables for other locations, click on the Location button. It will launch the Location popup window for the current card. Click the location you wish to view and click Enter. The Form Quality table for that location will appear. To view another location, click the Location button again.
