Groups can be useful to distinguish Rorschach protocols that have common aspect; for example, research groups, or before and after treatment. The Groups Manager allows you to define groups according to your needs.

 

 

To define a new group, simply type in the name of the group you want to create, and click save. Any group that you add in the Groups Manager will appear as an option in the drop-down Group field in the Add New Protocol form. More than that, RAP3 Protocols Cabinet allows you to use the data in the Group field to find clients or to sort clients by Group before exporting or running reports.

 

In the Groups Manager, you can also edit or delete a group by clicking on the group you wish to change and then selecting to edit the group name or to delete an empty group.

 

 

You can edit a group by clicking on its name, making your changes, and then press the Save Changes button. You can also delete a group by clicking its check-box under "Delete?" and then press Save Changes. Note that you cannot delete a group if it has 1 or more clients. Move the clients to a different group or delete them first.
