To print any RAP3 report click on the printable version icon and then choose print from your web browser. Note that the default option in modern web browsers is to eliminate page background colors when printing from the web to save on ink. However, it is much nicer to print the RAP3 reports with their background colors. To do so, you will have to turn on your browser background color printing. In MS Internet Explorer, choose Tools --> Internet Options --> Advanced --> scroll down to the Printing area and check the "Print background colors and images" box. Click OK to accept the setting. In Firefox, open the File drop-down list --> click on Page Setup... --> in the Format & Options tab check the "Print background (colors and images)" box. Click OK to accept the setting.

 

This will force your browser to print out the RAP3 reports background colors and images. Note that we recommend printing the RAP3 reports in this way even if you do not have a color printer.

 

Since web pages printing depends on your computer and printer settings it is possible that the report will loses its accurate layout. Choose Print Preview in your browser to see if this is the case. If indeed the report layout is not accurate, you can copy the report into your favorite word processor. To do that, in the printable version of the report choose Select All from your browser edit menu (or use Ctrl+A keys as a shortcut), then select Copy (Ctrl+C). Open your word processor and paste the report. Now you can edit the report and change it according to your needs.
