To view a diagnosis report, on the Results table click the diagnosis analytics icon. The diagnosis must not have been met or assigned, and the program presents reports also for partial, un-met, and un-assigned diagnoses. However, reports are available only for diagnoses that have been created with the DxP diagnostic process. Diagnosis reports are not available for diagnoses manually added with the free-text form.
The diagnosis report has three parts:
The summary report presents infographics about the diagnosis criteria and specifiers, indicating whether the diagnosis has been assigned to the patient and its known associated risk. In addition, the summary report presents the patients' demographics and the psychometric measurements associated with the patient.

The recommendation report provides further information about the diagnosis.
The diagnosis descriptive text provides information about each diagnosis under the following headings:
DIAGNOSTIC INFORMATION Related Symptoms Prevalence Rate Progression (development and course) Biomarkers Co-diagnosis (comorbidity)
ASSOCIATED RISKS Suicide Risk Practical Ramification (functional consequences) Other Risks
SIMILAR DIAGNOSES A list of similar diagnosis
DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS A list of differential diagnoses*
DIAGNOSIS CLUSTER A list of the diagnosis cluster other diagnoses

* To avoided diagnostic errors, the clinician should generate as few diagnostic hypotheses as possible, and work through the hypothesis-testing of differential diagnosis.

By default, the history table presents the diagnostic history process for the selected diagnosis. If you select the "All" option, the history table will present the patient's entire diagnostic process history, including all the other diagnostic elements reviewed in association with the selected patient.
You can print out the diagnosis analytic report by clicking the print report icon on the report pages.
