Sequence of Scores Report

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

The Sequence of Scores for each protocol is created as responses are entered. The completed Sequence of Scores is often an additional source of important interpretive data and should be part of the protocol’s interpretive report. To view the protocol Sequence of Scores, click on the Sequence of Scores link in the Report table.

The first table of the Sequence of Scores report, Client Information, is used to record demographic data.

The second table, Sequence of Scores, presents the codes for each response in the order that they occurred. The responses are shown card by card, and numbered consecutively within the columns of Card and Response Number. The rest of the columns include each of the major categories of coding used – Location & Developmental Quality, Location Number, Determinants & Form Quality, Pair, Contents, Popular, Z-score, and Special Scores.

The Summery of Approach table is listing the location codes sequence for each card. It shows the sequence of location selections used by the client when responding to each card.

The next table, Summary of Contents Description, shows entries for Content Description and indicates if they are minus responses in terms of their form quality.

The last table of the Sequence of Scores report, Summary of Response Notes, presents any notes that have been entered during the coding process of the response.
