The Rorschach Assistant Program (RAP and RAP+) is recognized as the most sophisticated tool for employing, studying, and researching the Rorschach projective technique. It has attained global recognition, with nearly a hundred thousand test practitioners, researchers, and students of the test leveraging its transformative capabilities.

The RAP module includes the coding engine, ensuring accurate verbatim coding of test responses. For each valid protocol, the program can generate a variety of reports for in-depth analysis and interpretation.

Interpretation Report

Designed specifically to meet the needs of practitioners for test results interpretation, the RAP+ module produces a comprehensive Normative Assessment Report. This report benchmarks the test results against established population norms and provides in-depth analysis and insightful interpretation guidelines.

Moreover, the program offers a systematic approach to defining and investigating new codes, enabling their integration into the coding system. Additionally, the RAP+ empowers you to create a narrative interpretation report routine for further analyzing test results based on the nomothetic relationships between Rorschach codes and variables. Once you have established your narrative hypotheses, you can seamlessly apply them to any Rorschach protocol in your Record Cabinet. The selected protocol values are evaluated against each hypothesis condition. If the condition is met, the corresponding narrative interpretation statement is incorporated into the report.

While the RAP+ interpretation report aims to offer valuable insights, it is essential to recognize its inherent limitations. Though grounded in research and clinical experience, the RAP+ interpretation risks overgeneralization and may not fully capture the full spectrum of individual uniqueness. Consequently, clinicians should carefully evaluate the report's interpretation hypotheses alongside other pertinent information, employing their clinical judgment to determine the applicability of each statement to the patient.

Extending its clinical value, the program facilitates collaboration, research, and knowledge exchange through the seamless import and export of codes and protocols. For instance, you can effortlessly import a RAP protocol received via secure email and utilize your interpretation routine to generate an interpretation report for the imported protocol. Furthermore, the RAP system empowers researchers to effortlessly import test results into their preferred statistical software for further analysis.
